Comment: Had an ice dam at my mother's rental. Called dayspring initially. They showed up in a very timely manner. Set up a dehumidifier and left it for the weekend. The remodeling that needed to be done was going to cost us less than the deductible on insurance, so we opted to do it ourselves. Dayspring guys showed up on Tuesday and picked up the dehumidifier. No real work was done by dayspring. Total bill at the end was over $1200! $1200 to plastic off one door and let the dehumidifier run for a couple days. Pretty outrageous. I will never use dayspring again. I can only imagine what they would have charged for any real sort of work. Shame on you dayspring.
