Comment: I was over in Helena on a Saturday afternoon when I got a call from my tenants in Missoula that the main sewer had backed up in both ides of my rental duplex.That's a pretty bad call for a landlord to receive. I called my plumber and Dayspring after a quick google search. I was impressed with the technician that answered, Wayne Starr. He informed me that they would be able to get to the site after the call that they were currently on. I felt incredible relief as this was a weekend and a backed up sewer is serious issue that you need addressed immediately. I was hours away on business and he kept me posted from the moment that he got there and assessed the situation. Over the coming days as the job progressed right to the end inspection that we did he communicated in a clear , friendly and professional way to keep me informed. I am a highly satisfied customer and recommend their service unconditionally.
