Comment: Repeat customer and from the first after hours emergency call to Jennifer Hill on her personal cellphone she immediately dispatched Cody Miller to my home. She was very responsive to my emergency and Cody arrived and went to work installing all the equipment needed to start my restoration process. Cody was great throughout the whole process, coming frequently to measure the moisture content and possible long term damage. Brock came with Cody to assess the extent of damage and has helped with making sure I am not being charged for things I have no knowledge of....the company is always here to help the customer, not make it worse for them. Although I would rather not have another emergency flood or other issue, I know who to call if I do.
